Limerick
La banda comenzó a formarse a fines del año 2007 en Buenos Aires bajo el nombre de “Electric Dreams” y se perfiló rápidamente como banda tributo a “The Cranberries”. En esa primera formación ya se encontraban el baterista “Camilo Di Venosa” y los guitarristas “Federico Gallo” y “Chelu”, poco tiempo más tarde se unió el bajista “Nicolás Waidelich” y ya en el 2008 se completó con la incorporación de “Luciana María Ferreiro”, una cantante formada en el canto lírico que se estaba dedicando a la música medieval. La primera presentación en público fue el 1 de abril de 2008 en “Acrópolis de Luisa” junto a “Gente de Barrio”, a partir de ese momento la banda cambio el nombre a “Limerick” y continuó sus presentaciones con un set acústico en la radio “Frecuencia Zero” y la participación en vivo en el festival “Casa Indie I” realizado en “Speed King” junto a “Metamorfica”. Limerick es una banda tributo que no busca imitar fielmente a “The Cranberries” sino realizar versiones con estilo propio, reinterpretando los temas de la banda irlandesa sin alejarse demasiado de los originales.
